Questions you should ask in an interview as a software engineer

I know the feeling of getting thousands of messages on LinkedIn, asking me if I want to talk about a new opportunity or asking me if the project I’m working on it is all good.

Changing companies is quite difficult and stressful. Usually, recruiters don’t give any info about the internal state of the application. They cant answer your question because C# and Pikachu are the same things for them.

The process of hiring

Usually, the process of hiring is a meeting with a recruiter, next to a meeting with some developer, and then with the tech lead or architect
someone who makes the calls.

Question of the recruiter

In this meeting, you will tell your story… they will tell you the story of the company and make sure you are a good fit for the company. In this meeting, the questions you have are, about the company, the salary range, and the tech stack. Is rare for the recruiter to give more info about the job.
