5 Problems for a Junior(coding)

This is a complex and kinda controversial topic. Everyone had a different experience and problems.

The first problem is very hard to solve, Junior without opinion inside the team.
The junior can be smarter and have more knowledge in some technologies, but he will always be judged base of experience.

What to do then?

My advice is, try to have a side project where you can explain then why that technology or tool is more beneficial for the team.
STOP TALKING, just give your input when they ask for. If they don’t ask, give your input in things, that you have sure they are right.
In this case, they will listen to you, they will care about what you are saying.

Second Problem

Seniors don’t take you seriously. Why?
Well, this kinda depends on the senior but usually, they just don’t care about what are you saying because they think, that you are just trying to show off. That why I’m saying to stop talking.

What to do?

Give them time to know you and also be a focus on your work. Keep study and have some side projects. You can’t do much just try to convince them to trust you. The fastest way for them to trust you is…
